Evolutionary theory , claims that men existed as hunter gatherers for approximately one hundred and eighty five thousand years , during the stone age . And only discovered agriculture as recently as ten thousand years ago .1 The problem arises when we take a look at the archaeological evidenc...e which clearly demonstrates Stone Age men were as intelligent , if not more intelligent than those living in recent times . After all , the eight billion intelligent people who lived during the supposed one hundred and eighty five thousand years of hunting and gathering should surely have been able to discover that plants grow from seeds , a lot sooner than is claimed . 1 The evidence , interpreted in the light of Biblical History , fits better for there being a short period after the Global Flood of Noah recorded in the book of Genesis chapters 6-9 when men were without agriculture for a very short time , if at all . 2
