ACCIDENTS need a CAUSE ...........But it was no accident .

ACCIDENTS need a CAUSE , so I wonder what CAUSED the first ACCIDENT ?
According to Mr Julian Huxley we are a result of a long series of accidents , but he does not mention the CAUSE of the first ACCIDENT .
