These scientists decided by a vote of 19 to 1 (with a minority of 20% of whom were Catholics) that the unborn child is a human being, just as you and I are, from the moment of, or just following the moment of, conception when the two cells unite.

Here is some of the information that these distinguished scientists used in arriving at their decision:

Because of modern science, we know a great deal about fertilization and the early development of the child within the womb.
When the sperm and egg unite, a new human life begins. It did not exist before.
The sperm carried the genetic code of the father, and has no life or continuing function beyond that of one goal: to fertilize the egg.
The ovum contains the genetic code of the mother and part of her body. It is not a new life, and has no other function than to be fertilized.
If the fertilization (uniting of the two cells) does not take place, both cells will die.
The cells are from human beings, but are not human beings.
But when the 23 chromosomes from the sperm unite with the 23 chromosomes from the ovum, a new being comes into existence. It is a unique human being, for none like it ever existed before, and none quite like it will ever exist again. It is a real person, just as real as you and I. Genetically, it is totally different from the body of the father or the mother. Organically, it is independent, programmed from within, growing in an orderly manner, moving toward further maturity.

Although needing the protective environment of his mother's body, this living being is completely independent in its functions from the very beginning of his or her life, and at only ten days of age takes over complete physiologic control of certain functions within the mother's body. One example of this is that the unborn child stops his or her mother's menstrual periods.

ABRACADABRA..........wave of the wand , "hey presto .............."

I asked my son what the babies ( Kept it simple by using the word babies ) of the following animals will be elephant , monkey , horse , whale , human , finch , shark , dog , cat etc . And guess what ? He laughed and said ..."Elephants produce elephants , monkeys produce monkeys , horses produce horses , finches produce finches , cats produce cats , dogs produce dogs ."
(Ok , we do know that there is variation within the created kinds but there are horizontal boundaries within living organisms that can not be passed .)
So , why is it Darwin took from his imaginary world , where a bear can turn into a whale and applied it to the real world by claiming a bear can really turn into a whale given enough time ?

Even in so extreme a case as this, if the supply of insects were constant, and if better adapted competitors did not already exist in the country, I can see no difficulty in a race of bears being rendered, by natural selection, more and more aquatic in their structure and habits, with larger and larger mouths, till a creature was produced as monstrous as a whale." Charles Darwin :
"I still maintain that there is no special difficulty in a bear's mouth being enlarged to any degree useful to its changing habits." ("More Letters of Charles Darwin," 1903, page 162)

This quote by Darwin himself is based on pure imagination and wishful thinking . When Darwin wrote , he was not aware of ....... genetic homeostasis .....because if he was he would have known this is impossible . The entire external and internal structure of the bear would have to be re - modeled in order to get from land dwelling to water dwelling . To do this would take more than blind random chance and accident .

I find this amusing how an adult loses the abilty to differentiate between fiction and reality , but a child recognizes it immediately .

And we all know how wrong Darwin was and how even the evolutionary paradigm holders are claiming things have moved on since Darwin . In other words they know Darwin was wrong , and so did Darwin , so therefore Dawkins intellectual fulfillment is based on imaginitive hopeful storytelling rather than on the correct interpretation of the evidence which we all have .

Amazing.... Darwin , Lyell and many others knew it and know it .S J Gould , some 150 years after Darwin , invented a theory (although with no real evidence to support it , yet another crazy hypothesis ) which would do away with slow and gradual change , because he knew there was no evidence for it . And yet the blind mice keep sticking to the evolutionary pied pipers tune of slow and gradual protozoa to man biological evolution .

So if there is less now than there was when there was non , that means there is less than non now . So in fact the evidence for biological evolution over millions of years has now got into the negative evidence range ...STILL ACCEPT SLOW GRADUAL CHANGE ?

Some evolutionists claim that the second law of thermodynamics only applies for "closed systems," and that "open systems" are beyond the scope of this law. This claim is an attempt by some evolutionists to distort scientific facts that invalidate their theory. In fact, a large number of scientists state clearly that this claim is invalid, and violates thermodynamics.

There are no known violations of the second law of thermodynamics. Ordinarily the second law is stated for isolated systems, but the second law applies equally well to open systems. ...there is somehow associated with the field of far-from-equilibrium phenomena the notion that the second law of thermodynamics fails for such systems. It is important to make sure that this error does not perpetuate itself.

An evolutionary tactic is to state , using the second Law of Thermodynamics is an argument that Christians should not use , BUT , this is slight of hand as this is not the case . The argument which should not be used by Christians concerning the Second Law is claiming that the Second Law started at THE FALL of MAN , as recorded in Genesis 3 .

Since the 1850's , racism has increased sevenfold . Only this last century saw millions murdered in the name of race . Can this increase in racism be ascribed to the teachings of biological evolution ? Well , there are many who say it can and there are many who will be in denial . Incompatability is obvious between Christianity and biological evolution . ( this applies to all of evolutionary theory ) To try and make them work together is clearly the same as trying to mix oil with water ( without manipulation ) .

Haeckel's RELIGIOUS motivation ..........

Ernst Haeckel , the man who so desperately wanted Darwinian evolution to be true he forged and faked embryo pictures and manipulated them to fit the Darwinian ( evolutionary ) framework . He even presented these drawings to Darwin who was ecstatic to see that during the early stages of the embryo's existence they fitted his thinking , because , as he proposed , they looked so similar . BUT , as it turned out Haeckel faked these drawings and manipulated his presentation in order to fit the theory ( evolutionary ) . So , what was the real motivation of Haeckel ? Well , it seems , that he aimed to remove Him who created all things from His very own creation and replace The Creator of all things with a false scientific religion of human reason and natural processes ( evolutionary theory ) over eons of time , all by themselves , produced the complex biological living organisms that inhabit this planet .....
